Tips for new artists:
Want to paint just for fun.
These are tips for people who are new to art and want to learn how to paint. There are many ways to do things, so these are not absolutes.
I have taught classes for adult education at Lenape Vo Technical School and also the Butler Community College in my area. These are some of the tips I gave my those in my classes.
